"Dave is amazing person that showed amazing customer service that went above and beyond for me this week. He Showed that he cares for people that’s need help in this time of year. I’m glad to say I have my car up in running cause of him and I wouldn’t have if he didn’t show that type of customer services. "I went in advance auto parts just to get brake lights and the guy David was so helpful even came out to my car and installed them for me. He is so awesome. I asked if I could give him a tip and he refused take it. Thanks David. Someone need give him a raise."

"We visited early on a Saturday when my car battery had died. The store manager Amy was friendly and knowledgeable. She went over all of our options and didn’t pressure us to buy the most expensive thing. My car also was letting off a strong sulfur smell, which I thought might be the catalytic converter (I was not looking forward to spending $2000 over the holiday weekend). Amy assured me that the smell was leaking battery acid, and should go away after the new battery was installed. I was so happy to spend $200 instead of $2000 this weekend! Also the shop opened at 7:30 AM and they were only shop willing to put a battery before 10 AM on a holiday weekend"

"Kenneth went well out of his way to research the warranty on my car battery, all while juggling phone calls, in coming customers, and manning the store by himself. He did all of that with a great attitude and was able to replace my battery. I was very happy with my experience"

"This location does a good job. The store is well stocked as this type of store goes. It is clean and well laid out. Staff don't have the energy I like and go through their jobs mechanically. I had to walk the young man on the counter on how to find a cross for a spark plug I needed but he knew his computer system well and was able to accomplish the task. He did as his management insist their employees do in offering me some thread lube for the spark plug but I declined. They are required and evaluated on their add on sales so I don't get mad at them. He didn't ask if I have a reward card so that's a minus in the company's eyes but I didn't mind. In the end I got the product I wanted with minimal hassle so it was a good trip. Disclaimer: I've worked in five local auto parts stores and know what they are supposed to do. Advance is a good company with competitive products and pricing."
