"Hands down worse insurance company I've ever delt with!! I thought Hartford was bad, but Humana is a million times worse. They lied to me about rates, what they'd pull from my account, had my plan messed up, and it took me OVER A YEAR to get my simple dental money reimbursement check and they only paid 1/4 of what they owe me even though I tripple checked the coverage percentage and so did my dentist prior to treatment! They lied to me repeatedly on when my check would be issued and the amount! I spent hours on the phone with them weekly being endlessly transferred and disconnected over the course of many months. Some days 4 hours! ZERO stars of I could. They should be shut down!"

"Humana uses some kind of robocaller to collect their debt. They have called my office for YEARS trying to collect a debt from someone who, to my knowledge, has never worked at my location. They usually call 2-3 times per day and ask for this person. It’s entirely automated so I can’t speak to a person to tell them to stop calling. I’ve called the corporate office to complain. They take my number and promise the calls will stop. They stop for a couple of months but then they always start again. It’s so frustrating. It seems to me this company is in gross violation of the fair debt collection act. They’ve been told on several occasions the person they’re looking for is not at this number and they continue calling to ask for her. This has been happening for at least FIVE years! At some point, the debt shouldn’t even be reported on that person’s credit anymore, yet they won’t stop. Enough already!! You’re a terrible company."

"After training, it was sink or swim. They didn't give me the tools to excel at my job and angry callers were frequent and sometimes for good reason. The job was way too stressful & I'm glad to not work there anymore."

"I can count on one hand how many reviews I have left regarding a company or product, but this particular company however, deserves the worst one possible. From a previous employee whose been terminated (by a organization that supposedly values their employees) standpoint, this company, imparticularly the management, is ruining its well reputable name. After reading some of the previous entry's, i couldn't agree more that if a manager/supervisor wants someone gone, they will stop at nothing to make sure that happens. I had been with the organization for 1 day over my 1 year mark, which would've given me an opportunity to post out of my position, which I had been anticipating. Being in customer service allowed not time for flexibility and that is something I needed for my situation. I had several different networks within the company that would've granted me a position better suited for what I wanted to further expand with Humana. My boss was well aware of that and seemed to be encouraging of her staff wanting to further their career... I was so WRONG. I've never been more humiliated and devastated to lose a job in my entire life. There was zero remorse or regret the day i was fired. I had been trying to get a job there for over ten years and at the point in my life where i wanted to retire from a company, so you can imagine my disappointment. Losing that job has put myself and my family through months of hardship. I hate to speak for others, but just reconsider passing up other places to accept a position here. Their employees are way overworked and never appreciated! The last six months i was employed by them, i had been working mandatory over time up to 55-60 hours a week. All for nothing."
