"After getting a crack repaired it continued to grow the following morning. When I asked for a refund, he said that doesn’t warrant any kind of refund. So I’m out of pocket $65 and with a bigger crack than before. Their “warranty” only applies if you get a windshield replacement from them… Buyer beware."

"Technician showed up to my address on time. However the repair of the chip was not that great. The technician used an old drill bit to make the hole in order to fill with resin. In the process he scratched the area around the chip and using a handheld drill like a power tool and not the recommended drill. It made the surface of the chip worse. I definitely would not recommend to use this service for chip repair as my experience was not great at all. Many other places charge about the same rate. I went with this option due to the 4th of July weekend and worried that if I hit a bump or the heat would make the chip worse. Unfortunately this was a bad choice. The work that was performed is horrible. The chip was smaller as opposed to how it looks now with the scratches and having the drill grind against the windshield. I would definitely try to find an alternative. Other than this service for chip repairs, you don't want your windshield to look like mine."
