"Basically my Audi needed to go into the ICU for cars. It had a bad issue where fluids from other components were mixed with my engine oil causing it to almost cease completely. It was not drivable as it would shake severely even starting it. I had a local dealership mechanic show up to my house to diagnose the issue. He said I needed a new engine. It was towed to Herrera and it was returned to me running in normal condition in 4-5 days and that’s including the weekends days. They saved me from junking my car and from money hungry dealerships who wanted to sell me a 15k engine plus labor. I don’t think so. I’ve had brakes done here and routine oil changes as well. Mr. Alfonso and Brenda the manager are very knowledgeable and they are ethical trustworthy people (at least from what I’ve experienced). Been a customer for a little over 2 years now. I have the money for fancy dealerships but I don’t get the same service and they always mess up or misdiagnose something etc. Also, don’t be fooled by the appearance of the shop. I recommend this shop if you’re an Audi owner and need maintenance/repair, and need quality work done."
"Best place to take your Volkswagen! Taken mine here twice and both times I have been beyond satisfied! They always go above and beyond. Took my Volkswagen in the first time for a water pump replacement and not only did they clean the inside of the engine bay making it spotless they fixed my air intake housing that had a broken clamp. I didn’t even know it was fixed until looking at my engine a few days afterwards. No extra fee just great customer service. It’s takes a lot for me to leave good reviews like this and I feel like this is the least I could do. Will not take my Volkswagen anywhere else! Unbeatable prices! Beyond satisfied customer."
