"BEWARE!!!!Terrible experience with my BMW .. unique destroyed my car paint with the quiality of workmanship and material .. first they incorrectly put the wrong paint . So two different color . Then Once the redid the job the quality of paint and workmanship was terrible to the point that my car has huge”huge “cracks all over my car .. is like a total loss for my car paint .. they never redid or try to correct the issue saying that it was my car the issue ..SEE pictures above it tell everything about the job performance . Left with no car like for 1-2 months while “they work on my car “ . Paint started cracking within a month. Like a say Unique destroyed my car paint a total loss . Now I deal with a car with cracks and poor paint job .."

"**WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND**I brought my car in originally for a simple paint job, however, when I received it, past the time frame they gave me I might add, one of the headlights wasn't working nor was the key fob to unlock the doors. To top it all off, the paint was a different color from the one I chose. I was rescheduled for a week later and when I took it back in, they again kept it past the time frame that was given. My vehicle was STILL not finished so I waited for over an hour. The color was still off, over-sprayed and not buffed. The headlight and key fob were STILL not working and this time the alarm was nonoperational. They tried to fool me with the paint job by painting the inside door panels a different color but forgot to paint the trunk and the door hinges. Needless to say, I wasn't fooled one bit. Gave them a third chance to make it right with me but they claimed my headlight had a short that was not related to the paint job. Keep in mind I had just recently replaced both headlights. They claimed the key fob was old when it was working fine before and should not have affected the alarm. According to them, they fixed the headlight free of charge. Now I've noticed the interior panels are popped off and air is seeping through the passenger weather strip. The weather strip on all four sides is popping out and torn."

"BE AWARE!! Not honest and do not honor their word!! They charged me over $1,000 for a bunch of "miscellaneous charges" because i decided to not give them my business. For starters, they NEVER provided an estimate! They claim that the "free estimates" banner they use for advertising is for verbal and visual estimates only(what a very stupid thing to say!!), secondly, the owner Alfonso charged ME $120 for the tow truck when it was ME who had hired the tow truck for $50 and lastly, forced me to pay over $1,000 if i wanted to take car from there. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! While i was there sorting things out, another customer came to complain in regards to the poor work they had done on their car. They haven't even responded to my BBB complain and yet they claim to be "BBB A+ Rated" FIND THAT VERY HARD TO BELIEVE!! Stay away and save yourself the headaches and pain. They are crooks!"
