"On June 22, we brought in one of our company trucks to Service Chief Automotive to diagnose a problem with the truck overheating. When our technician arrived there, she was told by the owner and the owner’s son that it would take 2 hours before they could even take a look at the truck. After a brief meeting, my company decided to take the truck to someone else. However, when we went to retrieve our truck, the owner of Service Chief Automotive would NOT give it back to us. He had it raised off the ground and told us we could not retrieve the truck unless we paid him $45.00 cash. We called the police but they were unable to do anything to help us. We ended up paying $45.00 in cash for them to release our truck back to us. They then gave us a receipt that stated, “Diagnose problem on water leak” which was not even the problem to begin with and also, they did not diagnose anything."
