"Overall would not recommend. I took my car in for a diagnostic at 8am, I was told to drop it off and they’d call me later that day. They didn’t call me so I picked up my car before they closed. The diagnostic didn’t get done because “they were so busy and so many cars were ahead of me”. Ok next time please tell your customers how long they’ll have to leave their car for just a diagnostic. If you have too many cars for the day just say - sorry we’re at our limit for today, come back another day - or something like that. I also tried calling for an update many times throughout the day and they did not answer."
"At the last minute, I called to find out if I would be able to get a TX State Inspection (on a Saturday). They said yes, so I went in and they were able to get the inspection done within a half an hour. I truly appreciate the great service from Chelmont Auto Center."
