"As a previous Big Tex owner, I was a fan of Big Tex to begin with, so was pleased to find a local dealer with a large inventory. They had in-stock the exact trailer I was looking for, at a fair price compared to the competition (and yes I did shop around). It was a treat to discover that they include a spare tire for free! Ray was extremely helpful, patient, honest, and factual - he really knows what he's doing. It's a real treat to find someone who knows the product inside and out. Jeanette was equally helpful. The day of purchase I called to tell her I would be by in a few hours to make the purchase. She had everything ready and waiting for me to sign while Ray hooked up the trailer - it literally only took 5 minutes from when I arrived until I drove away with the new trailer. Highly recommend this brand and this location."
