Star Ford Big Spring Service

"My family and I were traveling thru Big Springs with something coming loose underneath the car. Because it’s a relatively new Ford and under warranty, I stopped at the Star Ford Service in Big Springs. The young man that was the service manager ignored me for 10 min before asking what he could do for me. When I explained the problem, without even taking a look at my car, he told me “No, they were way too busy”. I went to Big Springs Collision Center, four blocks away, and someone came right out to look at it and fixed it in 10 minutes! My advice to anyone who wants to listen is: don’t waste your time or a dime dealing with Star Ford Service Center."

"The mechanic that did my work was exceptional however I will not ever use this business again their priorities and the morals of the ownership are very questionable. They would stop a religious group from opening a shelter on the next block down from them to keep it away from their dealership. I think that there are many more places to buy vehicles and to get your work done with caring and moral ownership."

"I was traveling through the area and my vehicle needed an oil change. It was very important to be done since I’m towing a 43 ft RV. I called on Thursday afternoon and was given an appointment for Friday morning I was greeted by Sheryl who was great. The service was done by Alphonso. When he was done he explained everything that was done and what the next service should include. This was great service at a fair and reasonable price When in the area again and need service I will return"

"I just got my truck back from being in another Ford shop for 2 weeks just to find my check engine light to be in. Sheryl in the service dept was quick to have a tech check my truck. Fabion located many things that the other shop missed. He and Chad quickly fixed the issues missed by the other Ford shop. AMAZING customer service very friendly.
