"My husband with Houston’s Tower Service has taken multiple trucks here for transmission work/repairs. Within the past year we have had them do about $20,000 worth of work. The last truck we dropped was hit while in their possession. They do not have an insurance policy to cover your property while in their care, custody and control. So we had to file on our own policy. They admitted to the damage and did tell us sorry with a pat on the back. That’s not acceptable. Buyer beware they should have a policy in place or better insurance for this type of situation. They charge enough to afford appropriate insurance. They are losing our business over this."
