"I was on the way to work so I went through the drive-through to get a quick meal for work tonight and I ordered and they didn’t say anything was wrong or there be a wait they to my order and told me the price I got to the window paid for it and then I said oh it’s gonna be a 10 minute wait so don’t come here if you expect fast"

"Usually phenomenal but today I waited in the drive thru for an hour in a parking spot I was told to go to. Went inside and my order was just sitting on the back counter. I was told I was in the wrong spot and just gave me cookies. Not sure how I was in the wrong spot when everyone else around me kept getting their food and leaving. A worker even saw me outside and didn't even bother to come ask if I was served or not yet. Just frustrated that I had to wait for an hour for very cold food."

"This place used to be a 5/5, but they have gone down hill. About 4 years ago they were super quick, fast, friendly and had fantastic food. We went there this time, in the drive through and it was a completely different experience than what was experienced there 4 years ago. Every car that ordered had to pull through and wait. We waited there, after ordering for maybe 30 minutes and there were 4-6 cars sitting there waiting on food. People had to drive into the Kohl's parking lot and wait for their food to be brought to them. I also remember their food being way better and less greasy, I never had stomach issues with their food before. I don't think I'll be going back."

"Thought the Philly Chicken sandwich looked and sounded good. Don't ever go by the picture on the board. My Cob Zalad was really good. Won't order that sandwich again."

"We really enjoyed our meal here. The food was fresh, fast, hot, and delicious. We ordered the Zalad with tongue torch sauce on the pieces of fried chicken. The Zalad has lots of blue cheese on it and fresh tomatoes. We also ordered 10 chicken tenders and that comes with 2 sauces. We like that you can order big batches of chicken without side dishes. The Zax sauce is awesome, especially with the fries."
