IHOP

"I attempted to eat here this morning with my husband and upon our arrival the restaurant lights were on but the doors were locked. Stinks! I was really looking forward to some Belgian waffles. It’s a shame that in this day and age we cannot even count on the website to have correct information. Y’all need to do a little bit better I mean how ya not gonna have anyone in-house when you’re supposed to be open."

"IHOP in Elizabethtown does not have a positive staff environment and has a lack for courtesy. The food is really good at this store but the staff like to take things to a personal matter when it comes to taking care of their customers. No matter if you work there in the past, present, or future, everyone should be treated as a customer."

"Got a good server which I liked. I got the breakfast sampler as I almost always get and this one was decent, didn't really like the sausage here tho. I got the cinnamon pancakes and all I can say is too much cinnamon, way too much. I tasted the strawberry cheesecake pancakes that my cousin bought and that I do recommend."

"The food was delicious, the server was great, but the wait time for the food was too long considering it was pretty empty at 2 p.m. or so. Also would have been nice not wait to be seated so long and while the staff took their time and finished their personal conversation. I would think a customer waiting to be seated would take precedence, but apparently not. Recommend taking better care of customers upon arriving."

"The food was decent. Not great but ok. Our waitress Michelle was very attentive and accommodating. We had a good experience."
