"There's no much I can say that hasn't already been said. The food is tasty, service is excellent (other fast food chains could learn a lot from Chic-fil-A) and the atmosphere is family-friendly. There's a good reason the place is so crowded. P.S. My grandchildren love the indoor playground. It is wonderful on a cold winter day."

"The slowest place ever. I only go to get my one kid and mother in law fries and a coke occasionally. Due to them having severe allergies with a lot of things that's one of the only "junk" type foods they xan have. Half the time the service is just slow and I wait forever for two fries and one coke. There have been a few times now I've waited 30+ minutes just for that. And the staff isn't super friendly. They are usually flat or act like they don't want to be there because they are all high-school aged looking kids. When I ask for glove changes and red flag for allergies which is a service they choose to offer due to allergies, they act like it's the end of the world or they don't do it right. I understand that process takes longer, too, but they they put the receipt in the bag multiple times when they know it's been flagged for allergies and glove changes. I waited almost an hour to the minute one time recently and they gave me a free card for only specific items. I was kind and thanked them but didn't realize the card could only be used for specific items, non of which anyone can eat from their menu due to allergies once again, so time and money well wasted. I would literally never go here if it wasn't one of the only "junk" foods they could have periodically. They like they fries and coke though."

"I absolutely love Chick Fil-a! Its one of my favorite places to eat because they have light options as well as being able to get points each time you order on the app. Plus, their customer service is beyond amazing and no matter which location I end up, I always have a great experience. My favorites are the grilled chicken sandwich, their sweet tea (which you can buy by the gallon too) and their frosted lemonade."

"Busy but fast and speedy delivery to tables. I was always wondering why there was so many cars wrapped all the way around the restaurant and down through the mall just to get to this place to eat, but now it makes sense why. We went to dine in today as a family and we receded in less than 5 minutes and our food came to us a few minutes later. There is exceptional service here and everyone is super friendly it's also very clean. The food is a bit expensive however it tastes really good I highly recommend the mac and cheese the watch out if you do get a large it's close to around $10"
