"I rented a midsize SUV for me and my family for a road trip to San Antonio and from the start of entering I was greeted I was helped instantly I chose the car and I didn’t like the jeep because of the noise that makes on the road so they were so willing to switch me over to a minivan which accommodated me and my family and made our road trip so much more comfortable so much more convenient they should Immense care for our situation from the front office to the manager Josh I believe the woman who helped us with his named Kelly or something like that, but she was so helpful. They help me with everything I did not have to have any headaches I added another day it was easy as just one call, I will definitely always book and rent my car from enterprise and they have rewards programs as well which give you the discounts. They were even willing to drop off the car for me and pick me up. I love everything about renting my car from enterprise in West Loop, Lubbock, TX , thank you guys so much"

"I had the greatest experience. They had me checked in and on the road in 10 min. My rental (2023 Chrysler Pacifica) was immaculately clean, with no damage, and perfect for my traveling needs. "My husband had rented a small SUV for a work trip, but was concerned about the storage space in the back being large enough for the equipment. We stopped by the location he would be picking the vehicle to see if they had one that he could look at and measure the space. The employees were very accommodating and showed him a similar vehicle and said if they didn't have the vehicle he rented, they would upgrade to the next level. When he picked up the vehicle several days later, one of the employees walked around the vehicle with him to confirm existing damage. This location doesn't always have a great selection of cars, but the employees are personable and professionable."
