I had a horrible experience with another shop, so I was hesitant to get my car fixed anywhere, but the people at A.S. are so cool, and my car looks like it had never been in the hail in the first place! I spoke to Mr. Scott himself, Erich, and the sweetest lady; Mrs. Karen, they were all very communicative throughout the entire process. It was reassuring to have a conversation with the owner of the business, you can tell from meeting him that he cares for his customers. Poor Erich dealt with my constant questions, but he was always SO helpful, pleasant, and kept me in the loop! If you have any dent repair needs, this is the place to go, there is a reason that they have been open for as long as they have been! My car looks great, I am so happy with the way it looks, but what stuck out to me is the amazing customer service and how quickly they finished the car. I am super glad to have my car back looking so nice! It doesn't hurt that they have sweet, well-behaved, and beautiful dogs, too!"
