"Waited for my order for literally over an hour. The place was packed with a line down to the restroom. All the orders pictured were just sitting there and the female at the counter refused to check and answer people when they called their name out to see if one of the sitting orders was theirs. Most absurd experience."

"Don't really leave reviews on places, but just found out a guy lost his job due to calling HR. Never really cared for the manager here either. They all got their own agendas. This place really has gone down hill and I can see why, people try to change the bad and lose their jobs while participating in a protected federal act. I'm no lawyer but that sounds like a lawsuit."

"Insane wait times for fast food. On multiple occasions, I’ve gone here and had to wait well over an hour, sometimes two for small meals despite there being very few people in the restaurant while the employees slack off and use their phones in the kitchen, or even go and sit in the bathroom for 30+ minutes. No clue what management is doing here, if there even is management, but they need to do better. Currently it seems like the regular employees are in charge of the restaurant, not the managers."

"Was trying to order on line and app on phone kept quitting. So I decided to call. Phone rang 10 times. Right when I was getting ready to hang up they answered. When I told them I wanted to place a take out order and the problems with the app, I was told hang on the cashier was helping a customer and would be right with me. I was on the phone another 15 minutes and no one ever came back on the phone. What a way to treat a paying customer. WON'T BE ORDERING FROM THERE!!"
