Wendy's 1038 Executive Drive, Elizabethtown, KY 42701

"It's fast food. No one is coming here expecting fine dining. However, the shrink-flation is in full effect. When I was a kid the taco salad was a meal. Now it's a snack and not a very good one. The area around the soda fountain smelled like stagnant water and mildew. It was very off-putting. I had to remind the guy at the counter to give me the accoutrements for my taco salad."

"The service here is among the best out of all the Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. However, there is one MAJOR gripe I have with this location and it’s the parking lot. It has the largest hole I have ever witnessed in my life, comparable to an Olympic-size pool. I swear, it should be some sort of national attraction, it is that big. This thing’s length, width, and depth puts the Grand Canyon to shame. You would have to parachute down to the bottom, and if you did bring a shovel, because after a couple minutes of digging you’ll end up in freaking China. It’s egregious. My food came out nice and warm though. Good job."

"Terrible quality of food and our delivery was lacking even the basic check that all of our food was there. We were missing 3 drinks, 3 fries, 2 sets of nuggets and burgers. The fries and nuggets we did get were old and gross. The meat on the burgers we did get was overcooked by far. I don't recommend this Wendy's. It's the worst I have ever seen it."

"Food was awful. No one said a word to me when taking my payment and handing me my food. Employees were too interested in pouring themselves drinks and making themselves food instead of waiting on customers…which there were no other customers at the time. Food was ice cold. Fries had to have been sitting out for awhile. Worst Wendy’s ever. Go across the street and get Chick-fil-A instead."

"Ok where to start… First thing when you walk in the door you are greeted by… not employees. Straight up urine smell. The bathrooms are near the entrance and the smell is rank, terrible. Do not recommend eating inside at all. Then you order your food, gets your cups, go to the touch screen fountain to be greeting by no ice and no beverages, no sweet tea. Go to counter to get drinks and ice. Go back to get ketchup, out of ketchup at the station. Go back to the counter to get ketchup at the counter. Then get the food. Go to the table and the food is not correct. So have to go back to counter, wait for help to get food fixed. Took at least 20 mins for a 4 for $4 and $6 biggie bag. All in all, terrible service. I get it that fast food places are hurting for employees to get staffed up. But all in all a lot of issues."
