"I never thought I would say this but I’m done with Dominos. I was so loyal I custom merch smh! This started 2 years ago when the prices started jumping but ever since that one guy left who was manager it’s gross again. The pizza tastes like cardboard even when you add extra everything. Their app isn’t good anymore and I’ll have just finished my order and it’s already in the oven. How? What if I made changes? Best pizza in town is Joe’s but it’s $$$. I’ll have to just go back to having them every blue moon because I’m tired of getting dry pizza it tastes just like the frozen pizza I had the other night. Deleted the app I’m done."

"I ordered a pizza and sat inside where the waiting area is, being able to see everyone. And not one person has gloves on while touching all the food. I took notice of this because I saw one of the girls itching her nostril. And literally like 2 minutes later she was sprinkling the cheese over the pizza…. It kind of made me loose my appetite to want the pizza . I work in the food industry. And definitely with everything that went on with Covid and flue season. Why is this allowed?? I know an excuse is, “we make sure all employees wash their hands before handling food.” But that doesn’t prevent the fact that there touching there face or itch there head etc. put gloves on when making other people’s food, dipping your hands into the toppings."

"Won’t honor national coupons, and they couldn’t find my address because they couldn’t type it correctly. Had a ton of attitude despite me just calmly waiting while they struggled through typing a simple address and checking a coupon. Maybe they were stressed by a dinner rush and they needed someone to snap at, I don’t know. I wouldn’t have even called in the first place if the app and website weren’t both pulling unexplained errors that wouldn’t allow me to check out. Just ordering a pizza should be fast and easy, not time-consuming and stressful."
