"The chef wasn't being careful when he was cooking and he burned my arm and got cooking oil on the front of my new shirt. I asked to speak with a manager after waiting 20 minutes I had to go and track her down. I asked for my shirt to be dry cleaned. She said no I will take 10% off of the ticket $2.40. I told her that this was the first time that I have wore this shirt and it would be at least $8 for dry cleaning. So I asked her to just comp the meal. Instead of doing that she double charged my card and refuses to refund my card. I'm now heading to the bank to dispute the double charges. My bank even talked to the lady explaining the double charges and she still argued the charges."
"Hands down the BEST hibachi around! I took my family and little 18mos old grandson. He was captivated for sure! He enjoyed the whole experience so much he literally squealed and belly laughed. The food is amazing, fresh ingredients prepared right in front of you with a show to top it off. It's a little pricey but SO WORTH it. Plus you always end up bringing home almost another full meal. The Chef was super friendly and engaging with my grandson and he was excellent at his art. I will definitely be returning!"
"First time coming to this shogun, walked in at 11:30 and they sat us immediately. We got 1 shaggy doll roll (which is cooked) and it was amazing. Then for our main course we got teriyaki steak with fried rice (we asked for no onions) and veggies it was very good and quick. Great lunch for 3 for about $40 so no bad at all. Definitely will come back!"
"5* for amazing food, service, and a gorgeous place. Our server was top notch from start to end. I love that they had bento in the evening's and I had the calamari bento which was amazing. It was huge though. I didn't want rice so they were kind to give me more vegetables instead."
"We went here eat for the 1st time on a Thursday around 5pm. It wasn't busy at all. We chose regular seating vs Habachi. I feel like their menu was scase compared to other places like it. But the food was good. Our waiter was a man of very very few words."
