"I ordered a pizza from this place from grubhub. They included some grated parmesan packets and as I pour some on to my pizza a moldy chunk of Parmesan falls on my pizza. Definitely need to keep track of the inventory better. Won’t be ordering from here again."

"I had a friend tell me that crust was having a deal for two 1 topping pizzas for $20. I had been before and the prices nor did the pizza look all that appealing but when I tried then the second time. Boy was I blown away! The freshness of the pizza, the toppings, how quick the service was, and how fast the pizzas were made! Everything was so fresh, and orderly that I’m thinking about having it again tonight! 10/10!"

"We normally go to the Crust on Panther Creek and the food was always GREAT. Wasn’t feeling good today so I decided to try the one by our house in Harpers Preserve , order via GrubHub food arrived quicker than I expected. Food and as hot … BUT the tomato basil soup was so thick it’s not edible. I had ordered a large garlic bread, which is really looks like a small pizza , THERE WAS ZERO GARLIC . It amazes me that this restaurant is a chain (franchise) but come on . this food tasted like it came from a completely different restaurant. So sad because we live so close to this will continue to go to the Panther Creek location, their food is always amazing !"

"We ordered a large Meat Ballers pizza or meat lovers as most people call it and that parts a simple mistake as you can see. We ended up with a pepperoni not fully cooked and it didn’t even have pepperonis on every slice. Is there new ownership or management there? I don’t know, but something is terribly off we will give it one more shot."
