"I don't know what's with all the other reviews. I've never had a problem here. Always got hot and ready pizzas the quality and taste is always good for the price. This location is the best and it's right by my work. One by my house is absolute trash so i think people with the 1 star reviews are being picky about this location. The deep dish is the best."

"I’m giving a 5 star review for effort. I had 20 minutes to waste while waiting to pick up my daughter from school. I decided to try this neighborhood pizza place. Matthew at the front was very nice and explained it would be a 45 min wait. This turned into 1.5 hrs. as they were at least 40-50 orders behind, 20 upset customers cancelling/waiting for orders in the entrance and parking lot. Someone’s son was getting verbally abused as he and another person tried to do their job. It’s not their fault they were severely understaffed on a Friday night. From what I could see they were only two working. Thank you for your effort in making my order and allowing me not to have to cook tonight."

"We were craving pizza today decided to come here ordered our order and everything came out good. The pizza was fresh breadsticks were so fluffy . The gentleman there tonight were polite and got us our order in a decent amount of time."

"For some reason, all of the food I ordered seemed to be undercooked. The pizza and wings could gave been cooked longer, the bread sticks were very greasy and looked almost raw. The pizza was dry and it seems as if they counted the beef that was supposed to be on half of the pizza. Probably won't visit this location again!"

"Let's start with the pizza is NOT as advertised, not close to it. We ordered pretzel pizza. The crust was soggy and gross. Nothing like pretzel. I called to speak to a manager. Spoke to one person then on hold for 16minutes until someone else picked up saying they were the manager. I go back to have the pizza replaced with the pretzel crust. I showed him what it looked like and mentioned the crust was not a "PRETZEL" Crust. Told him tell me I'm wrong..He the " manager, said your wrong" it's the same crust we just put oil on it to make it more brown then the salt." Okay, well this certainly doesn't look like the picture, " he said it doesn't matter your going to get it remade." WOW! To me that was like shut up you'll get a new one. While waiting and watching no one is washing their hands. Touching their face, drinking touching their straw then the food or utensils. STERITECH would have a field day here. Music playing loudly. One guy opens up one of the two boxes we had to bring back for our replacement. He says really and they ate some? YES YES WE DID. My kid didn't realize it was made bad. How rude! How unprofessional. I have never dealt with a location " new" with this kind of behavior. Manager gave me the new pizza it didn't even come close to expectations I just agreed and left. Worst customer connection here."
