"It’s actually in a food court space, though it deserves its own restaurant! Food from Eurasia is not easy to come by in Houston, so I ran over to this place as soon as I heard about it. I originally wanted to try the khachapuri, but they had just cooked a bunch of Uzbeki rice pilaf and the nice lady recommended I try that. It truly exceeded my expectations. I waited over an hour for them to get their borscht ready for the day and it was worth the wait as well. I finished with a slice of honey cake, which was outstanding and not too sugary. I’ll definitely be returning to try their other options, especially the khachapuri. I’m so glad this place exists!"
