"Nice selection of books. However the woman who checked me out was very rude and condescending. I bit my tongue and remained polite, but they need to teach their staff basic social skills."
"I do love this store, but I feel like it is never stocked. I go looking for book after book, and I never find what I want. Of course, they offer the ordering thing but I live 30+ minutes away. If I wanted to order my book, I would myself. I go there to get my book then and now, not wait a week for it to ship. I do wish it was better stocked.... It isn't even really stocked with journals for Bibliophiles. Maybe one day it will be stocked more in the slightly darker genres."
"The selection is nice and it's where I always go for specific highlighters and such. Typically the prices are crazy though and I always seem to get an associate that doesn't have time to help in an adequate manner. I still shop there because I enjoy brick and morter stores."
"Putting toilet paper rolls on the floor is disgusting and extremely unsanitary. I'm left wondering how often they do this. Was the roll in the holder done the same way? To make things worse, the floor is visibly dirty. I don't know what's on the bottom of your shoes but I do know what's on the bottom of mine; deer, cow, and possibly dog poop. Do you want that touching your delicate bits?"
