"Beltone came to my home to help me troubleshoot my new Beltone device that lets me hear my television without earphones. Now that I have the gadget correctly paired, I can listen to my IPhone and TV with earphones. My husband is very thankful that even the ringing phone is not heard by him only me. We tried to set it up ourselves, but when we could not get it to work, Matt came right out and did it for us in a snap. I now have a way to hear my computer through my earphones also. I don't have cords running across the floor to trip on or earphones cluttering up my space. Their customer service is good."
