"EJs was fantastic for the service I needed. I got lucky that I requested service the day before he was scheduled to be in my area. He was already booked for the day but made time for my appointment even though it was later than most companies would work on a Friday. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my gas oven and it works just like new. I purchased a service plan because I know for sure that I will use this company again if we need repairs on any other appliances. When the tech came, he was quick yet thorough and did a great job explaining everything to me and helped me think through my different options.
