"Stopped in to see what they would offer me for my lenovo flex 3 chromebook, without hesitation the women says if you sold it or pawned it you're not looking at but about 30 dollars, we just sold one just like it for 60 and she never even opened it to see what it was, just saw the chromebook logo. Right now new at Walmart they cost 389 dollars but they're selling them for 60. Never will I go back to such a rude place. As I was leaving a customer of theirs asked me if he could see it and I said sure and before he opened it another women came and opened the door and said you can't sale that here you need to go across the road, I said I wasn't selling it, he wanted to look at it and she said well he can do that across the road. Just out of this world disrespect..."

"I went in to pawn a tool till payday, I literally looked in the tool case before I even took my tool to the counter, they had several, and i mean several, battery operated dewalt tools, no batteries no chargers, I took mine to the desk with a battery mind you, and they told me they couldn’t pawn it without a charger, now I understand, this is Winchester and there are a lot of drug addicts and thieves, but dang it man, I needed the money to feed my kids, normally I would’ve just drove back to the house and grabbed a charger and took it back, but y’all close at 7 I got there at 630 and sat in line until 650, so I was pretty much screwed. Thank you guys."

"People are super sweet and there inventory is very reasonable priced however when it comes to selling them an item they don't really give you much and they don't budge on what they will buy your item for. That sucks I had a firearm I sold them and the most given to me was $75 it was used 2x I had it 2/ 1/2 years . I paid $250 for it new which was practically brand new! But it is what it is ."

"Didn’t notice at the time because an ID was given and slip was for the item but the worker pawned the item under someone else’s name. When we went to get out it was a fiasco and manager had to look up video surveillance to see we brought the item in to pawn and the worker pawned under another account. Even after taking the ID We could of lost our item. Someone else could of picked up our item because the store clerk pawned under someone else’s name. Such a shame. This should NEVER happen. NO excuses explain this away."
