"Let me walk you through my experience As soon as I walked in was greeted warmly by not just the front facing staff but also by everyone working and cooking in the hot kitchen. I had questions about the menu and the waitress was extremely helpful and accommodating, I ended having the jerk chicken tacos with fries, side of Mac and cheese and 2 patties 1 was chicken 1 was beef. I also had a peanut punch and a popular jamaican soda called Ting as told to me by the staff that if i should know anything about the islands i should know both of those drinks! The tacos were the perfect fusion of the jerk chicken and what a taco should be down to the corn tortillas. The fries even with just being fries were also seasoned and fried very well and i could tell were made fresh in a kitchen not using month old oil. Mac and Cheese was also a great portion and DELICIOUS, The PATTIES!!!! The patties taste fresh made soft and well seasoned the chicken was my favorite it has a hint of curry seasoning that was just right and flavorful. The vibes while my friends and i enjoyed our food were also perfect theres classic reggae vibes in the background and everyone around are just enjoying there food as well as laughs with the friendly easy going staff. Finally the portions are great for the price and completely worth it. P.s: sorry about not having more pictures started eating everything else as soon as it hit our table..."

"Food is good. I def recommend the chicken patty. My friend had the salt fish breakfast and enjoyed it. The rice & beans are a bit bland, but I’m sure some sauce could bring them to life. Overall I recommend this place for authentic island food."

"The jerk chicken is amazing and the cabbage is flavorful. The rice and peas is what you expect it’s just a side to the main component of the dish you get. Sadly every time I’ve been the atmosphere has been dead. It hasn’t been lively as this place should be when again I’ve been. The boy working in the front is always on point. The place is always clean when I go. I think out of some the Caribbean food I’ve tried, this is top 4. Only complaint I have is my coco bread was soft, fluffy one day then the next I went it was hard as a brick. Besides that no other issues with anything!"
