Food was alright, kinda like rewarming up food in a microwave but I didn't mind. It just ruins the experience locking bathroom doors and having to pay for food first"
"Every DQ I goto can not make a chicken strip basket right anymore. They made it fresh!!! Everything was hot and fresh. The gravy was perfect and not water like other locations in louisville. The toast was toasted and not burnt. It was perfect. Sorry I lost the receipt or I would had done the survey. Perfect"

"Ordered ice cream and pulled to the window and I could see plenty of staff inside but nobody ever came to the window, sat fir 4 min and then just left. I recommend going during the day shift. The night shift is terrible."
"The day I was there. Only 3 people showed up for work and they were unable to open the dining room. However, they were working the drive-thru. Doing it very well for minimal staff. Congratulations to those who were there. Thanks for the great service as well."
