"Waitress we had was Neia service was poor took over 30 min to get part of our meal took 3rd shift crew ladies name was Trae she got the rest of our together our tip went to Trae she finished off our meal made sure we were taken cared of, we come in mainly for 3rd shift D’Andre’ now that we know he moved over to the other location we will be there instead of this one."

"Always the best Waffle House. Great food. Friendly staff I want to update this. 8/31/23. I just stoped in here right before midnight after a LONG day at work. Food 10/10. Staff 10/10. Beau, the manager working that night is someone who deserves to be paid handsomely and training customer service professionals all around the world. This guy was cooking up food for everyone in there, making conversation with all the guest, catching everyone’s name and referring to them by name. I’ve had experiences with sales people I’m spending THOUSANDS of dollars with not be half as genuine, professional, and customer service oriented than Beau and this guy made me a waffle at 12 am! He even joined be at the “bar” area where I sat after the place died down and made small talk. The other employee working (I did not catch their name) was great as well. I’ve had less enjoyable experiences on well rested day off work sitting down for dinner at Jeff Ruby’s than I just had at this Waffle House after 14 hours at work running 4 hours of sleep. Customer service like that is rare in todays world, as a customer service professional it was awesome to experience."
