Pizza Hut 3544 East 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47130

"I am posting for an elderly, handicapped client. I arrived at his home this morning to a barely eaten, pizza by his bedside. When I asked about it, he was disgusted by his experience and said he won't eat at a Pizza Hut again. After further inquiry, he explained, 1st: the trouble he had with getting the pizza delivered (He lives in Jeffersonville 47130) He was told to contact the Clarksville store (47129) for delivery. The Clarksville store said this was incorrect. He called the Jeffersonville store (47130) again and gave them his choice of pizza. Instead of someone suggesting the Supreme pizza, he was charged an exorbitant amount for a MEDIUM pizza with 8 toppings (individually priced) $44.81 !! (5.99 delivery fee NOT including a tip) After the delivery refusal from both locations, he believes he canceled the order. 30 mins after the cancelation, a driver arrived with pizza. Cmon almost $45 for a medium pizza???? C'mon!! Ridiculous and a terrible way to do business!"

"Save yourself a lot of frustration and go elsewhere. The staff, especially the manager are unprofessional & rude! If you do go, make sure you check your order before you leave! They managed to completely mess up every single thing I ordered from the pizza topping, the crust, pasta.....everything was wrong. Zero compensation after waiting one hour to get the correct order. I ordered online. Completely their fault. The manager is a loud mouthed bully who takes no responsibility for bad service and bad food. Just all around horrible. The worst."

"Ordered by phone. Someone in another country took order. Went to pick up pizza and order never went through. So I had to order again and wait for pizza. Not the end of the world but better service is possible. When you call to order a pizza you should speak to someone in that store. Just like the good old days."

"Last time I ordered from there, they had my pizza delivered via doordash. The pizza was never delivered. It said it was, so either the food was sent to the wrong person (I doubt that because I was paying with cash), or the Dasher stole it. AND, they're constantly out of stock of stuffed crust. If I could give 0 stars I could. Absolute joke of a restaurant, and must be ran by children or completely incompetent management. Don't give them a single penny of your money."

"The staff at this store are unprofessional. I only gave one star because o stars was not an option. My pizza was an hour and a half late, and was half raw. The delivery driver rode right past my house(address is clearly marked) and when I flagged him down, he said he passed my up because he is dislexic. I couldn'teven eat the pizza. Inedible. And the staff only defended themselves instead of listening to the problems. I will never deal with this store again."
