"It was a casual atmosphere in the lobby with employees talking amongst themselves and not in any big hurry to take our order. They were not focused while taking our order evidenced by the continual conversation amongst themselves. They did not pay attention to what we were ordering and we ended up with our food wrong. We asked for a happy meal with nuggets and plain cheeseburger. Also ordering two plain Mcdoubles. None of cheeseburgers were plain and no nuggets. Missing cheeseburger but 5 orders of fries??? Just disappointing every time we go!!!!"
"Dirty tables, floors and bathrooms. Broken hand dryer in men's room . No towels to compensate. Women's room had tp on floor. Mirror over sink was dirty. Service was slow and disorganized. Fries were small and overdone. Burgers were dry and just above room temperature."
