"Got stuck over at "waiting spot #2" .. Was there for a LONG time, brought out my stale burgers and old fries... you may look good to corporate on your wait time because you threw me off to the side, I hope this terrible review evens things out for you... You disgust me McLeansboro!!!"

"Went through drive through ordered 4 McDoubles. Paid at 9:55pm and we get pulled because they don’t have reg meat.. we get our food at 10:09pm and it’s lukewarm. If we hadn’t paid prior we would have left. They weren’t even busy. They had no order in front of us and 2 cars came and went quickly after us. I think they made our food then forgot, we even called."

"Just went through the drive through around 10pm and ordered a lot of nuggets and added a meal at the window and they got everything out to us very fast and even refused a tip for being so awesome. They are really fantastic people over there on this shift."

"We had so much fun at McDonald's today! My grandchildren played in the play area. We all had ice cream cones or shakes and a mocha frappe. It was a great day! I also love the remodeled look, it's a beautiful location to come to if your ever in the area stop by. I know we definitely will be back. We did come back after a double header softball game. We won both! McDonald's was great, again!"
