"Our whole family loves to eat at Culver's, so we stopped for lunch on our way through in the middle of a long road trip home. I'm pretty sure the young man at the counter was fairly new. therefore, he was very friendly and enthusiastic. We had originally placed our order to go but then later decided to stay and dine in. After receiving our food, which was bagged, we realized we were short two orders of fries. The young man at the counter was eager to fix the issue. However, he apparently did not follow procedure by handing me my fries instead of putting them on a tray. Instead of waiting for me to receive my fries and walk away from the counter, the manager called him out in front of me and several other employees. I felt it was rather unprofessional in the way it was handled, and I was VERY embarrassed for him to the point where I apologized for getting him in trouble. I think there were two better options for handling this situation. If she felt correction needed to happen in front of me, she should have been kinder in her approach to him. The second option would have been to wait until I walked away to scold him."

"This Culver's is spot on. Counter guy was super friendly, some of the most original greetings that bring a smile. Dining room is super clean. Lunch time attendant kept everything clean and in order. Food was prepared as ordered, hot and fresh. This is a must stop in the area, you will not find a better fast food option at this exit."

"The roast beef on a gluten free bun with horse radish was great. The chocolate milkshake was pretty good. The area was clean and everyone was friendly."

"I stopped here while traveling on the interstate because I heard they have optional gluten-free buns. Indeed, they do have them! I ordered the Culver Deluxe double burger (on a gluten-free bun) and it was very good. The hamburger patties were very tasty and the bun was really good for a gluten-free bun. We also got some ice cream which was very tasty as well. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Waited only a couple of minutes as they made our food right away. I will definitely visit Culver's again!"
