"Absolutely horrible outcome. They were nice and worked quickly but quick equaled wrong. They broke something while servicing my car, which caused immediate problems. My car started missing and even caused the remote start to malfunction. I had to take my car into a mechanic shop for diagnostics and repair. I reported the incident to Valvoline immediately and they reimbursed me (with a paper check a month later) for the mechanics bill but they should have reimbursed me their outrageous fees for their services that were clearly deficient."

They appear to work as a team as well. They tell if a service is due as well as not due.like I ask about a service and he explained I had around 50,000 miles more before that service was due. This type of trust with them insures I will keep coming here for my car needs."
