"Horrific customer service. Staff is incredibly rude and they do not offer any assistance with warranty support on Walmart products. Customer service desk only suggest you keep calling and calling support. With no response and answer after 7 days, how much longer should a customer have to continue calling before an issue can be resolved??"
"Walmart always has everything. I need even if it's something really obscure that you can't find anywhere else. I looked everywhere at a bunch of different stores and I was looking for vegetable glycerin and distilled water to make homemade fog machine fluid at Walmart was the only place I could find that had vegetable glycerin for sale. I do wish they would carry a larger size bottle, but considering it was the only place I could get it around I'd say that's pretty good"
"Employees don’t greet you but will make sure they follow you around the entire store watching your every move and ask to see your receipt when you walk out. How does looking at your receipt help them know what’s in the bag if they’re not checking the bag? You don’t ever see them following white people but they ALWAYS follow the colored. She also did not ask to see anyones receipt but ours…"
"As you may or may not see in the pictures below, all those sausage packs are fully expired. My wife and I were in Frankfort Kentucky Walmart this afternoon. We purchased one pack of Wampler's sausage, when we got it home we opened it and a God awful smell hit her nose. My wife looked on the packaging and noticed the meat had expired several months ago. We traveled back to Walmart and my wife went to customer service to complain, she was met with attitude and disdain. Upon further inspection my wife noticed that it was not just one packet but over twenty plus packs varying in different brands. One of the pictures you can see is a Walmart associate pulling the expired meat off the shelves quickly. This could have been VERY serious! If we had eaten that expired meat someone could have become seriously ill or worse. It is likely others may not have noticed the expired meat and could possibly become ill. This could be a class action lawsuit situation, as there could be multiple more meat packs affected. Walmart did not seem to be very concerned by this. This is unacceptable behavior by a major US grocery chain! If you bought meat in the central Kentucky area recently from Walmart, you may want to check the expiration date."
"A quick stop to visit the restroom and pick up something for lunch, this was a good visit. The restroom was clean - Miss Helen would be pleased - and the store was properly stocked. I had no trouble finding the things I needed and there was no wait for a register in the self checkout. Yeah, they don't have many staffed registers open these days."
