"This is the second time we've used Goodyear. Both time we were in and out quick. This time, my alternator, battery and serpentine belt all went out and a motor mount broke. I called them at 7:30 am on a Saturday and by noon we were finance, the car was done and I was driving away. Any other place I would probably still be waiting on part. Their staff offers some of the best customer service you will find in todays times and the prices are actually decent. Keep up the great work."

I have never had a bad experience there they honestly treat you like family and its refreshing and rare to have that in the business world corporations mostly seem to be looking out for themselves but not at the Goodyear in Frankfort Ky . they put the customers first that's not always the case at other businesses always the case with the store in Frankfort . i can't say enough good or great things about this place . but i will say thank you and way to go to the Goodyear Corporation for having these great employees . your great company will always have my business.
