"Over the last few years I have bought two new sets of tires from Walmart in Frankfort and had them put on there, the problem is that they tightened the lug nuts so tight that you can't get them off when you have to do something else to your vehicle, and they can't reply and say they torque them because I was standard there watching the guy and he didn't, I had to replace my brakes and it took two days to get one lug nut off. If you were on the side of the road you couldn't get it off for nothing, this is the second time The did me this way"

"Took a while but they did a good job. Have someone drive separate so you don’t have to wonder Walmart for 4 hours."

"I know others have had off experiences as for mine, they had good tires at a great price. Backed with rotation and balance for as long as you own the tires or bad either. Friendly staff, over all would recommend"

"Worst experience I have ever had. I dropped a tire off to be repaired and they said that is would be a long wait so I said that was fine, gave them my information, and said I could just pick it up the next day. They said they would call when it was ready. Well almost 24 hours later I hadn't received a phone call, so I called them. They put the manager on the phone and she said that the guy who took our information the day before wasn't there the next day to ask what to do with the tire! Really so that wouldn't have warranted a call to the customer? They had my info. At any point they could have picked up the phone, called and ask what we needed done. Terrible customer service. But all that aside, she said she would have it taken care on in 45 mins to and hour. So I let it go and said okay. Well an hour rolls around and i show up to get the tire and it's still not done. And they tell me again it maybe a min before they can get to it. So not only do they have horrible customer service but they are just flat out disingenuous and irresponsible. I didn't have high expectations going into it but boy was this experience infuriating. I would not recommend them for anything, this was just a tire who knows if they could even be trusted to work on a car."

"Auto center opens at 9am on Sunday. I arrived at 9:18am. I wanted 4 new tires & oil change. Four hours later, they haven't started on the tires and wasn't quite done with the oil change. Really! This is a bunch of sloths. When I arrived there was one guy in front of me ordering 4 new tires and one couple who were changing out a damaged tire for a new one. That's it. How can it possibly take this long for this service? Unbelievable. I won't be back. I won't due any future business with Walmart. The store has already gotten bad enough when you have to do your own price checks on the app and check yourself out. I would give them a -1 if I could."
