Although the store didn’t have the shoes/size available, Janelle helped us and gave us a few options so that we’d have them asap. She was so kind and helpful, I just wanted to write and let people know how much I appreciated her kindness. Since I’ve moved here from California, people haven’t been very friendly unfortunately, but Janelle was the sweetest and really took the time to help, smiled, was quick to search for options, etc. Thank you for being so awesome Janelle! "Make sure you ask about their advertised specials at counter when you have the rewards program. Instead of giving me 30 dollars off the sale, they were going to give me 3x points instead. Until I asked why I wasn’t getting the sale that they had signage about throughout the store. Those 3x points only add up to giving you 5 bucks off at certain levels. Pretty ridiculous they don’t automatically honor the sales they advertise."

"They have a big selection of shoes. My first time to shop here. I had an attendant put my sandal on and helped me with selecting my shoes. Very accommodating and nice. They did not have my shoe size and were able to order my size and have it shipped to my home with free shipping. I got my sandals in 3 days. Pretty quick. The whole process was easy for me. Knowing what I know now, I wish I had gone here in the first place rather than shopping all over to find comfortable and fashionable sandals. I will be a returning customer!"
