"Terrible costumer service. Sold a bag to my 13 year old daughter sitting next to a Lulu display (the bag has a marking very much resembling a Lulu bag) at an dance event and did not disclose any return policy to her. She brought the bag to our seats at the dance recital and I let her know this was not the brand she thought it was. I attempted to return the bag immediately and was told to return at the store for a refund. During our trip to the store we were told we could not receive a return but only exchange the item. The store carries no other bags nor clothing in my daughters size so we were told to just take a store credit and wait until something became available at the store that she would want. The employee at the store was extremely rude and passive aggressive. We are all about supporting local business but will not be returning."

"We went in for the official grand opening and these ladies were super helpful in finding exactly what we need for my 5yo to start her first dance class and also had the patience for her on her adventures around the store. They were open to a suggestion about adding a stool or bench in the changing rooms to assist especially with trying on those tight tights and leotards with the little ones! They were great and I wish them luck with the new store!"
