"Received panda dunks for Christmas, went to return. They won’t give you money back, (was paid in cash) you can only get store credit. They paid $240 for shoes…. every other store has them for $120 very dissapointed"

"Went in the Willowbrook store...... A female came from behind the partition lacing a shoe, saw Me, turned around & walked back behind the partition. A bit rude 4 My taste, so I browsed around, took some pix & left. The Premier Select(ion) is limited. "Hypebeast Alleyway". Probably 10 different jordan models in 10 colorways may be premier, but isnt much of a selection."

"Went today to the supposedly $5 sale lol that was a lie. Drove a hour for nothing. They said gates open at 11 got there at 10:40 and they claimed all the shoes were gone and turned everyone around. They went on instagram and lied saying they gave away a bunch of shoes which was a lie. They deleted my comment and blocked me cause I commented letting everyone know they were lying."

"They lied about the $5 sale. When i posted to their Instagram they blocked me which isn’t right because they are the ones who LIED. Oh and i could care less about you leaving a smart little comment under the review like you have done a lot of others on here i see.. misleading people to come in your store is fake as hell"

"On one hand you want people to succeed but then on the other side of the argument you have prices like this which is insane. Everything is above market price and they are taxing like crazy just because they’re inside of Baybrook. I understand the hype and the need to pay for rent but JC these prices are not it. Staff was cool and the environment feels nice but that’s about it. Run of the mill hype store that capitalizes on people being uninformed and ready to pay big bucks."
