"Came here after leaving the Pasadena store because of bad customer service. Brenda treated me like I was a valued customer. The whole staff was absolutely amazing.Addison went above and beyond to fit me for my wedding. Brenda and her staff should be recognized for their genuine dedication to customer service. I am 100 percent confident I will look absolutely stunning for my wedding day thanks to the staff at this store. I’ll never choose another branch."

"Went to get measured for a suit, was never greeted, waited a while to find someone to assist us, and was treated extremely rudely by a staff member. The man told us he would not help us as he had other paying customers. He was then talking down to us and then bad-mouthing us to a co-worker saying they need “better security.” I am appalled that they consider it acceptable to treat customers in this manner. Needless to say we will never be doing business with Men’s Wearhouse again."

"I waited last minute to get fitted for my suit for a wedding I had been knowing about. I was a groomsman and was concerned I wouldn’t get the suit in time for the marriage 8 days later. They placed a rush order on my suit and it made it just in time. The store was being remodeled and had quite a few customers. Yet a staff member named Chris was very attentive to my concerns and needs, and made me want to be a return customer for my next rental. I’m appreciative of their service."

"Just wanted to say that Desi is awesome! She helped me assemble the tux for my wedding and I love how it looks. And she helped me decided to buy rather than rent since my 2 week elope would force my rental to cost as much if not more than a new tux just for me. I couldn’t be happier with her service and attitude! That being said, the store is getting a little rough. Some shelves falling apart, quite a bit of debris on the carpet… noticed quite a few little plastic doohickeys on the ground in the dressing room… not sure why this isn’t getting vacuumed up overnight by a cleaning crew… and boxes sitting out while restocking in the middle of the day. Just honest feedback… I’d definitely come back tho."
