"Customer service is lacking (I guess depending on who you are). My sister and I went inside the store in casual attire (jeans & tee) and we could FEEL the judgment. It’s quite comical. We walked in and we weren’t greeted. But some women came in behind us and we’re greeted immediately (white women, of course). Neither of the two women employees offered any help or showed any interest about my sister becoming a new member. I’ll give them 2 stars because we found an excellent piece to complete my sister’s graduation “look”. However I feel that there should be some training on implicit bias. My sister and I are both about to graduate with our masters. So don’t be so quick to judge people by their skin or attire."

"I just love their jeans. They fit so well and they're always long enough. You can always hem pants but you can't add more to them! The lady who assisted me was very polite and friendly. The dressing rooms were very nice and clean. It would have been nice to have mirrors that you could see your backside, especially since you're trying on jeans :-)."

"It is one of my favorite store in Baybrook mall. I love their outfits. It could be overpriced. However, items go on sale very fast, so there is no need to pay full price. A good tip is to sign in with them, so you get reward and special discount via text messages. Face mask is required."

"It’s a bit comical of how judge mental your retail employees are. I’ve been in in dress clothes and and other times blue jeans and a T-shirt. The drastic change in service I receive is absolutely ridiculous depending on what I’m wearing."
