"Went through the drive-thru at 10:15PM SAT 2/10/24, ordered a baconator. When I got my order I checked and there was no bacon. I was sold the food, they made the food, and they handed me the food, without telling me they were "out of bacon for the day". They were hoping I would drive away without checking. I understand the challenges of working fast food, especially on a weekend near closing time, but I feel like it is the BARE MINIMUM to inform customers that you are out of the product you are currently selling them."
"What food??!! We walked into the restaurant at 10:25 am - not the drive-thru as we wanted to eat in the restaurant. We waited 13 minutes until we were told that breakfast was no longer being served! We were INTENTIONALLY IGNORED BEING SERVED DUE TO IT BEING SO CLOSE TO 10:30 AM!!! The staff was incredibly rude and said they were 4 people short even though there were 4 people working behind the counter and not ONE person acknowledged FOUR people waiting for service!!!! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE AND MOT TO BE TOLERATED! If you can't take care of your PAYING customers, then dont open for business!!!! It's a very simple concept!! All people need to take their business elsewhere and stay far away from this location as they could care less about their customers!! There is ZERO customer service skills at this location!! $5.00 an hour for these employees is way too much to be paid! I expect to be contacted and compensated for this miserable experience as I contacted corporate about it!"
"We stood n line before someone to come from the back to wait on us. Which she said sorry for the wait.. one container was out of ketchup and the dining room where you eat was dirty.... Tables all need wiped down and the floor needs to swept. There's food on the floor and crumbs on tables... The food u can tell been sitting for a bit... Was dry. Was surprised on the way it looked considering NOT busy n here... No hair nets in long hair either saw someone messing with pulling there long hair (which was down) pulling out of his mouth and proceeded to go back to his job without washing hands"
"Went to Wendy's tonight. The kid who is dishing out the chili was licking his fingers profusely! I told the manager all she said was "sorry!" When we got home, we transferred all the chili to our containers.. Very poor service!! Then they forgot all the stuff that goes with the Tocco salad!"
