"Close by the hotel is not always the best choice. My husband and I are in town for an event in Cincy tomorrow and figured why not go to Red Robin. What a mistake. First off, it was very cold inside the restaurant. My husband ordered a burger and fries. I got the fish and chips. When I say there was zero taste, that is what I mean! He said his burger was beyond lacking and only ate a small portion of it. There was no pepper on the table and only sea salt. Not everyone likes sea salt. I asked for regular salt and the waitress said there was none. She was half cordial and could use a bit of training on being warm. The food was gross and not even hot. Just barely warm. Almost $50 for 2 plates of mess. What a shame!!"
"A year ago I'd have given this place a one star. But whatever or whoever put the work in did an amazing job!! This place has changed. Great burgers, fresh fries, and great service. I noticed they were putting papers in the carry out bags asking for reviews and I see why. From a below average restaurant to a crave worthy place to eat. YUMMY!!"
"Food Coma! A great place for filling American fare: burgers, salads, chicken sandwiches. The bottomless sides are cool. We learned that the regular fries are held ready, but the sweet potato fries are made to order. Lifehack for fresh fries is to get those. Steamed broccoli as a side had an issue; it seemed the broccoli wasn't washed well before cooking, we found some brown schmutz on it."
"Had the scorpion burger, garlic fries & a lemonade. Food is delicious, totally worth the price. Service is great too, friendly and fast. Good parking area in front of the restaurant. 5 stars!"
"My partner and I had dinner here a few nights ago and the whole experience was great! We had to wait about 10-15 minutes since it was busy, but it was worth it! The staff from the moment we arrived were all friendly and attentive. Our server was on the ball too! She was very prompt and professional. She didn’t harass us and let us eat, came and checked in with us and made sure we were all good. The food came out really quick and was delicious! Despite them being busy, everyone was cleaning up the place and keeping business flowing."
