"Absolutely fantastic place! Drove around 40 minutes from a subarb of Cincinnati to get there am definitely wouldn’t hesitate to do it again! Food was absolutely fantastic, service was great (shout out to Amanda who was our server - always on top of drink refills and quick to check on us - but also not overbearing - absolutely amazing). Very kid friendly and a wide variety of food options. I tried everything from my daughter’s grilled cheese to my mother in laws queso burger. No disappointments and shouldn’t miss the shout out to the buffalo chicken wrap, buffalo chicken sliders and chicken asada tacos!!! Would definitely make the trip back to Florence and Drakes!"

"Would give 0 if I could. My wife and family went out the other night to drakes. Barely got greeted by the host to get seated. After about 30 min wait we got seated. But at a high top and mind you we had 3 young children with us. Anyway, we order drinks then food. Waited about 45 minutes for the food. In the meantime the waitress never once checked on us as we sat with empty drinks. So the food finally came and all of it was cold. We ask for a full refund and the waitress said she couldn't. We then ask for the manager. Manager comes up to the table and is very rude and unprofessional. Finally she proceeds to give us a refund. Only to find out when we got to the car that she did in fact still charge my mother in law for stuff we never got. So had to go back in and they couldn't even find the receipt for the transaction that happened 5 minutes prior. Finally got that resolved. Then we left with 3 crying children. Will never eat here again and I recommend that nobody does. Very poor and unprofessional establishment."

"Amazing place! The food was bomb! Our server Sylas was an amazing server & super helper. We ordered the steak & crab Rangoon, kids meals, turkey Swiss sandwich, & the teriyaki chicken bowl & everything was amazing. Also the cookie with ice cream was really good. Definitely will be back when in town."

"11/16/23 Wanted to say how much we loved Parker as our server last night! We love Drakes! I typically always get sushi but this burger looked way to good to pass up! It was delicious and should be a regular menu item! Highly recommend the garlic parm Mayo with the sweet potato fries!"

"Went with my coworkers after work- the food was alright, I liked the steak a lot but wasn’t a big fan of the sushi they had. Had my coworkers try it too and found it just to be decent, but definitely have had better sushi elsewhere. It’s just an odd combo for a place doing bar food alongside sushi and the bar food just tasted a lot better imo. Tho the steak and fries were fantastic and service was pretty quick."
