"I’ve been to chilis before not this location and was happy to go again. Unfortunately the food quality has gone down terribly. I came with a friend For appetizers we got the platter. It has “big bites” barbecue boneless wings & mozzarella sticks . the mozzarella stick were clearly fried in oil that needed to be changed . I was disappointed my server did exchanged them for chicken tenders which were ok nothing special. I got a steak and shrimp fajita with corn tortillas it was good the meat and shrimp were very small. My friend didn’t like the barbecue wings she said they tasted like ketchup. I could taste the bbq flavor but it was definitely faint, her meal was just ok."

"Not many restaurants around the area. This is one of those that closes at 10pm. Party of 6 of us... Ordered a variety of food. Overall the food is generally nice. Typical tex-mex. Meats are generally done quite well. Service staff is friendly and service is speedy."

"I have been to Chili's many times over the years. Food quality is always pretty consistent. This time there were a few too many issues with service to give a good review. 1) The table had been wiped down and was still wet when they seated us. When will some restaurants learn a wet table is not acceptable. I don't want to sit down and put my hands on a wet table, especially when I suspect the wet cloth they use is not particularly clean. 2) Chips and nachos came, and the chips were mainly broken and small. We asked it to be changed out, which they did. The flavor was good, and I do recommend them from a taste standpoint. 3) They never cleared anything empty or used from the table. I don't want to sit and eat looking at empty appetizer plates or dirty napkins or empty glasses. If you bring a fresh drink, take the empty glass. Same for plates of food, napkins, and silverware. 4) The quantity of the house margarita was a joke. It was basically all ice. Very little actual liquid. When we ordered a second but asked for less ice, they accommodated, but they brought a glass 2/3rd full including the ice. Alcohol is where restaurants make money. Why skimp like that? It just aggravates customers. In fairness, the taste of the food was good. We had the chicken fingers, beef fajitas, and rib platter. Everything tasted really good and, as I said, food taste and quality is pretty consistent. Service was friendly, even though subpar in execution. I recommend Chilis in general for a chain, but this particular restaurant needs a refresher on service."

"Decided to give this Chilis another try and we were pretty pleased. Good food and service in the dining room. Keith, our server, was friendly and attentive."
