"Worst customer service ever at. the memorial city mall I went to exchange a pair of shoes that they were given to me wrong and I wait for like 45 minutes so they can bring the shoes that they were actually the ones I need it then the manager didn't accept my return and tell me if I want the shoes I want them I have to buy them then I asked her why do I have to buy them if I'm just doing an exchange and they're the same price as the ones they give me wrong the manager kicked me out of the store with no explanation, she literally says get out of my store if you're not buying anything I literally make me feel so bad because she was being racist by the way she was talking to me"

"This woman named Claudia did not want to exchange my shoes after she had went to the back and came back with a mood. She denied my shoes because she said she saw a crease but there is no crease it was from trying the shoes on and not fitting. She didn’t look like she was happy quoting there and had an attitude."

"I was returning shoes that were shipped to me, and I had to return them since I end finding them cheaper elsewhere. Young lady was completely disrespectful, horrible Customer service and manager literally allowed her to continue with attitude. Really disappointed!"

"I had a mobile order and went to go pick it up and I was greeted very rudely by two of the girls working cashier. I told them it could be under one of two names and they said they didn’t have either, I went back n fourth with them until I finally asked if the order number would be of ANY help. After giving them the number they did find the order under one of the names I had given them. Throughout the whole process they were extremely rude and spoke to us with the most arrogance. After I got my shoes the cashier handed me my bag and proceeded to say have a good day with nothing but sarcasm. I understand it’s frustrating working in a high volume store but to treat customers with disrespect whom are spending alot of money is just out right wrong. I didn’t get their names but one was a light skin lady who had beard stubbles and the other was a Hispanic girl with a charm bracelet and glasses."
