"Order online to pick up at store order kept saying confirmed never ready to pick up had to call and all of a sudden they had to cancel my order no one had email me nothing I had to call for her to tell oh we have to cancel your order because we don’t have the product You’re looking for . The lady on the phone was rude and I only knew about my order being cancel cause I had to called them about my order ."

"Went in to just try on a pair on New Balance 574s and I asked one of the employees if I could try on a shoe I was met with " well what shoe do you want cause I don't know" my mouth almost dropped I've been in here other times with a decent experience but I'm just going to take my business elsewhere from now on."

"If I could give 0 stars I would…. I live an hour away from the Parks Mall so keep that in mind. When I entered the store, I was not greeted. Lots of employees were huddled up in groups talking, rather than asking customers if they needed assistance. I came in looking for a specific pair of shoes and asked for a size 8. They only let me try-on 1 shoe that was a size 8 then took the box with the other pair. The shoe fit so I went to go pay for it. When I was checking out, the female employee was very busy talking to another employee and barely acknowledged me and didn’t even check if both shoes in the box were a size 8. I assumed that someone did that prior and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized one shoe was a size 8 and the other was a size 8 1/2 and to make it better, BOTH were the right side shoe. I hope someone understands how upset I am as to how this could have easily been prevented. JD needs to really consider who they hire because employees are the face of the company."
