"Sad to see poor customer service in stores especially in stores like Foot Locker when you depend on service from the employees. I went in wanting to buy a pair of shoes waited for 10 minutes expecting to be approached and asked if I could be helped but the employees didn’t bother to leave the counter to provide customer service. Walked out after 15 minutes and was very disappointed how employees now a days treat customers."

"The staff was friendly and willing to help. But I was ready to pay for my shoes then was told they were only accepting cash. I went to atm hit cash and when paying for my shoes advised change shortage. There should have been signs about only cash payments and change shortage."
