"This is a place you pick the empty stuffed animal, they stuff it there with the kids interaction, then pick clothes and personalize it. This is a great experience everyone should do at least once with their young kids. My daughter had a blast, and the staff was amazing. So engaging with the kids and kind. She got a large cat stuffed animal with a backpack to carry it, shoes, skirt, shirt, pajamas, and a comb. I can thank the staff enough for how sweet they were with the kids."

"Today is my daughter's birthday. It's her wish to"adopt" her new friend. We took our princess to the Build-A-Bear Workshop. It is a very nice place. The whole process is very pleasant. Finally, she picked a pink bear as her new friend who is named Candy."

"This was my first time in this store. It was nice, clean, and well organized. The staff were helpful and friendly. The process is pretty simple as well; pick a bear, get it stuffed, choose accessories, name it, pay, and you're out the door. Prices are not as high as I expected so we were able to walk out with a bear and a cute outfit. My child really enjoyed the whole experience and we will definitely be back for more accessories."
